My rent is $990 per month.

The apartment is 1400 square feet and has the following amenities:

* 1 Large bathroom with tub and plenty of storage

* Washer and dryer in apartment

* 5 Closets

* 2 Large balconies

* Since it is the middle unit the heating bill during the winter months is comparatively low.
