You are invited to participate in the
North Country Citizen Preparedness Corps Training Program that will be held on:
Thursday October 29,2015
Beginning at 5:30PM
George Hall Auditorium, Ogdensburg Free Academy
1100 State St., Ogdensburg, NY 13669
The free program lasts approximately 2 hours and the training is conducted by members of the NY National Guard.
The training seeks to provide citizens with the tools and resources to prepare for emergencies and disasters, respond accordingly, and recover as quickly as possible to pre-disaster
conditions.
Each family that attends will receive a NYS Disaster Preparedness Kit that contains key items to assist individuals in the immediate aftermath of a disaster. The state training
and kits will help New Yorkers be the most-trained and best-prepared citizens in the country.
There is no fee for attending but everyone must pre-register!
