[CU Discussion] Food Service Items Available

As part of the Safety Days clean-up, we will be in the basement of the Quad Center Core. Miscellaneous food service items have been left behind in the transition from Aramark to Sodexo. The list includes but is not limited to:

· Large serving utensils

· White ceramic dishes and cups

· Chafing dish buffet servers

· Large rice cookers

· Carafes

· Pans

· Stainless serving dishes

Items can be viewed from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 2, and again on Monday from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Please contact Gina at glapoint@clarkson.edu if you are interested in viewing the stock. All remaining items will be appropriately disposed of during Safety Days.
